Transport policy

We're committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and quickly. Currently, we only ship to North America, the EU, and the UK.

Shipping
Standard shipping fee: $4.59, free shipping on orders over $50.

Order Processing
Since some items are custom-made and require production time, we promise to process and ship your order within 2 business days of placing your order to ensure you receive it as quickly as possible.

Shipping Time
Shipping times vary depending on local shipping carriers, but orders typically arrive within 7-15 days of placing your order.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email after your order has shipped.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an update with tracking details. You can check the delivery status in the "Order Tracking" section in the footer of our website, or track your order at https://www.17track.net/en using your tracking number.
If your order is lost in transit, we will reship it at our expense. We will provide you with a new tracking number. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or marked as undeliverable, we cannot provide a free refund or exchange. You may need to place a new order.

What if you don't receive your order within the expected timeframe?
You can contact customer service at any time via email, and we'll assist you in tracking your package. If you don't receive your item within 30 days and can't track it, we'll resend it free of charge. If you require a refund, please notify us within 15 days of receiving your item.

Regarding taxes:
Your payment includes taxes. We will adjust the tax rate based on your country's regulations.
